BEWARE:
Please make sure you do not give out any payment information before your arrival to St.Petersburg!
The payment (if at all) will only be due at the time of check-in.
We expect to be able to cover the lodging of invited participants who indicated that
they do not have travel funds.
We hope to be able to share lodging costs of other participants.
We will send more details when we inform you about booking made on your behalf (if you asked us for one).

The reservation team has received the booking form, However, there wasn't any valid credit card to submit the reservation with, Thus it's an invalid reservation.
Hence, Kindly reply with:
1- Number of your credit card.
2- Type of card.
Also, Refrain from putting your CCV ( the 3 numbers on the back of the card ) for your own safety.
These are the needed info. to validate the reservation, After receiving the confirmation numbers and the invoice you will be asked for the complete info to run the charges.
